We provide converged mobile and landline solutions to both the business and consumer market. We promote best customer practices at all times, working hard to make sure our customers are on the right plan.

Due to continuing expansion, ATS currently has two telesales vacancies based at our new office in Madeley, Shropshire:

Business Sales Adviser

The Role

There is an exciting opportunity to become an Account Manager within ATS’s telesales department.

Reporting to the Office Manager you will be part of a highly motivated team who consistently achieve targets. The role involves contacting businesses about their communications requirements with a view to long-term personal management of their account.

The Person

Experience in telesales is preferable however not essential as full training will be given.  You will require strong communication skills and the drive to be successful.

To be successful you should be able to demonstrate a professional approach to sales.  You will need to be self-motivated and strive to achieve goals; a proven track record of achieving results is also desirable.

The ability to learn quickly would be a great advantage.  It is essential that you are able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Consumer Sales Adviser

The successful candidate will be required to:-

  • Contact customers in order to sell products/ services
  • Work to sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service ensuring repeat business

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Experience working in a telesales or Customer Service environment
  • Experience dealing with consumers
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional level of service
  • A determined and persistent nature
  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • A desire to exceed sales targets
  • An enthusiastic money-motivated approach
